This awesome woman right here is trying to start her own tamale business! She has been working with us and learning many kitchen traits and giving us other like calling samosas chismosas. We are working in veganaising her tamales. But I’ll say this she is a hard working, resilient, beautiful soul. And when asked about what’s special about her tamales she said they are made from scratch and with a lot of love and that she is trying to start a business for herself and her family. This Friday we are running a double header! So come have tacos de papa and cochinita de pibil in plantain leaves and this chupe meets ajiaco soup @humblesea starting at noon and come get your arepa fix at @scmbrew for our Venezuelan Friday’s! Come join us December 15th at 1 pm for an hour of neighborhood cleanup getting our Beach Flats clean and ready for the annual posadas!
